About

Precarpathian eco-energy cluster NGO is a young but very active Ukrainian eco-organization established in Ivano-Frankivsk with the main scope on green innovations, promotion of eco-friendly energy effective solutions, and environmental protection to improve the efficiency of all types of energy use and reduce the negative impact on the environment in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast by improving cooperation between business, science and the public sector. Being a non-governmental non-profit organization PEEC unites and coordinates joint efforts and communication between 12 SMEs, 3 universities, and 4 other NGOs from the green energy sector (in particular solar energy, electric vehicles, energy efficiency) who are cluster members. In such a way PEEC has access to the biggest pool of RES experts in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, helping to transfer knowledge into implementation and practice. In order to develop a favorable environment for the socio-economic growth towards wise energy consumption and nature preservation, the cluster supports projects that may have informational, educational or promotional character and can be implemented jointly with cluster members.

PEEC is a complementary partner in the area of hydrogen technology transfer, since unites experts with expertise in the practical implementation of innovations. Such competencies as finding investments, building infrastructure with all the necessary documents, real construction phase and commercialization are crucial for technology implementation
