At Fachhochschule Kufstein Tirol, we are proud to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of vocational training in hydrogen technologies. Located in Kufstein near the German border, our university is committed to academic excellence and providing hands-on learning experiences for sustainable solutions.

With over 2,200 students enrolled in diverse programmes such as Energy & Sustainability Management, FH Kufstein Tirol has built a reputation for developing innovative educational tools and methodologies. From hydrogen-powered drone projects with in-depth Life Cycle Analysis funded by Standortagentur Tirol, to interactive demonstration models for schools, the university focus on equipping learners with practical skills to address real-world challenges.

FH Kufstein Tirol is delighted to be a part of the H2CoVE Project, the prestigious EU initiative aimed at advancing Vocational Excellence in hydrogen technologies. This collaborative project brings together leading institutions and partners across Europe to enhance training programmes, develop best practices, and ensure the workforce is equipped with the skills needed to meet the growing demand for hydrogen expertise.

Christian Huber, a member of the research team, emphasises the importance of this project:
